So glad I found this page with all of your reviews! I read each one.
I understand that some customers may not be satisfied and sometimes gliches occur. What I found from reading all of the posts and replies is that WTS are not great communicators, do not take responsibility for unhappy customers, and make promises that they probably do not intend to keep in an attempt to try and make themselves look more better to potential clients. I will definately not use their services or waste any money.
I actually called the IRS and they were much more accomodating than I had expected. Try and work out your issue with them first.
