VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY MY SITUATION WAS HANDLED WITH MARTY GRIFFIN. HIS EMAILS WERE VERY ACCUSATORY AND CONDESENDING.

I ASKED HIM IF THERE WERE ANY OPTIONS TO SEE IF WE COULD LOWER THE AMOUNT WE OWE. HE HAD A REAL ATTITUDE ABOUT IT AND SAID "YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY AND YOU COULD PAY DOUBLE THE INSTALLEMENTS". I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER THEM.

HE IS A VERY ARROGANT AND RUDE PERSON.I PAID $1300 TO REALLY JUST FILE 1 YEAR TAX RETURN THAT IS IT. I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY FOR THERE SERVICES BUT NOT $1300 FOR 1 TAX YEAR SA

WATAX clients often pay for "resolution" and "tax returns." While we have some control over the resolution - we can't tweak a case to make the client qualify for an Offer in Compromise in every situation. Sometimes -- a payment plan and a request to waive penalties is the best that we can do.

The client above might have disagreed with our analysis and therefore considered his investment of $1300 to be strictly for a tax return.

Nonetheless our staff did spend time processing and handling his case and came up with the best solution we could have based on the information provided to us. For the bad interaction with our employee - we have to say "Sorry." If you are the anonymous person that posted this complaint - perhaps you can call us at 206 282 **** to discuss how we can address your concerns.

Same type of situation with our case. They want to quote how long and hard they have worked on your file or should I use their words; "processing, handling the case, worked many hours", but can`t show anything for it.

Oh yes, it is always "they" didn`t have the information, you did not send it, never received it.

That is ok. Documentation, paper trail, emails to their emails or servers whether they open it or not still exists. They always promise some type of refund on the phone, then back out.

That`s ok. you never know who you are speaking with or corresponding with.

Big Brother loves to listen. One day at a time. Time and patience is a virtue. Sometimes you need to get lost like the paperwork.

It will surface again, it can be ignored again.

Over and over again. No hurry, no worries.
